About
The Allentown Area Ecumenical Food Bank is the largest food bank in Lehigh County, open five days a week and assisting families up to six times weekly. Serving approximately 50,000 people each year, we play a vital role in supporting our community. As a Client Choice Pantry, our facility operates like a small supermarket, offering a selection of fresh produce, meats, dairy, and essential shelf-stable items, including canned tuna, chicken, beans, vegetables, rice, and pasta. Thanks to strong partnerships with local supermarkets and retail outlets, we also provide a variety of additional foods that change daily, giving our neighbors in Lehigh County even more options to feed their families.
Our Impact
Eliminating food insecurity eases worry and empowers individuals, helping to build a stronger, more resilient community.

"We believe access to nutritious foods is a basic human right."
