Nicole brings over 20 years of business management experience to the food bank and helps guide both staff and volunteers through the day-to-day operations. Her background in food runs deep—she spent 14 years launching and running an organic farm, and she also opened Radish Republic, a neighborhood grocery store in Allentown, which she operated until the pandemic forced it to close. Nicole’s passion for food and community shines through in everything she does.
