In these challenging times, we are in urgent need of food donations to support our community. We are currently out of many essential items typically available to our clients. Most needed items include rice, canned fruits, and low-sugar cereals.

How You Can Help
Allentown Area Ecumenical Food Bank offers a variety of opportunities to become involved in supporting the fight against hunger. Participation in the work of the Allentown Area Ecumenical Food Bank shall not be restricted. Any individual, congregation, organization or business may participate by donating time and/or service, food, or money.
The current cost to operate the food bank five days a week, excluding donated food, is approximately $200,000 annually. Since the food bank does not charge its clients in any way, all of these funds must be donated to the food bank each year.

The Allentown Area Ecumenical Food Bank is Allentown’s only daily food bank, assisting families in need from Monday through Friday. Every dollar of your support helps provide this crucial support to approximately 57,000 people or more each year. The food bank also accepts gives in memory of or in honor of a loved ones and friends.
